Meet the recruiter behind ResumeAU
For 20 years, Sofia Marchetti worked inside Australian recruitment agencies. She started in 2005 at Hudson, moved to Michael Page in 2011, and spent the last decade as a senior consultant at Hays — recruiting for roles across banking, technology, and professional services in Sydney and Melbourne.
In that time, she screened over 50,000 CVs.
And she saw the same pattern, over and over.
